Qualified candidates will be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Marketing or a related field.

Business Development

Location: Simsbury, CT

Interns will work provide technical support to the business development and new business capture teams. Interns will develop product data sheets by researching product performance, mechanical and electrical properties, and qualification levels. The intern will have an opportunity to collaborate with the Marketing department and 3rd party firms to develop and finalize data sheets for public release and support business pursuits and proposals with technical presentation material creation.

The primary responsibility of this position will be engineering support of new business development through research, analysis, testing qualification, and technical writing.  3D modeling software experience is required, experience with Solid Works is a plus.

Qualified candidates will be self-starters who can work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards for quality and documentation is a must in all internship positions. These positions will require the ability to communicate effectively across a variety of departments.


Locations: Simsbury, CT, and St. Charles, MO

Interns in the Marketing department will work on marketing strategy development with projects related to market segmentation, portfolio gap identification and analysis. Work will include research, sales segmentation by market, and commodity segmentation based on customer and product. These efforts will enable the company to better understand and more accurately characterize market share, and therefore, develop a corresponding strategy (i.e., growth, product differentiation, acquisition, etc.).

The primary responsibility of this position will be research and data analysis. These positions will report to the Vice President of Marketing.
