Benefit Offerings

You are eligible for coverage under these plans if you are a regular full-time employee and work 20 or more hours per week

Medical

For Associates and their families, our medical plan options include:

  • Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and Point of Service Plans (POS)

  • Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) Plans and a

  • Prescription Drug Plan.

Dental

Ensign-Bickford offers a comprehensive dental coverage program.  It provides coverage for preventative, basic, major and orthodontic services.

Vision

Ensign-Bickford’s Vision Plan offers routine eye exams, and an allowance toward the purchase of frames, lenses, and contact lenses.

Life Insurance

Ensign-Bickford provides the following:
